Welcome. This blog is my personal archive of and about handmade things.

I am a generalist: writing, painting, drawing, cutting, knitting, and weaving all provide me ways of stewarding my sometimes oddly unrelated creative energies. The common thread between them is my love of making things with my hands and my appreciation of unique, imperfect, and ordinary things.

    1. Thanks, Lilasoul. 🙂 Your amazing and beautiful work is inspiring me to keep drawing. Looking forward to seeing more (and more) of it! PS: Am also a Columbo-appreciator 😉

  1. Hey Shirley. Loving your review of Knitting for Good and your blog in general . I am a displaced Ontarian as well, crafting it up for a good time! Pleased to make your acquaintance!

    1. Thank you for commenting and stopping by. Likewise, I’m loving your blog and the beautiful street projects you’ve done ‘back home’ 🙂 So glad you like the review. I wish you safe and happy travels abroad (wow!), and I look forward to more crafting news. 🙂
